Hot Chocolate 15K & 5K Phoenix-Social Meetup!

Gearing up for the Hot Chocolate 15K this weekend!  And my run group, #RunEatTweetAZ is hosting a social meetup at the post-race party! 



We'll be meeting to the right of the stage at the post-race party/finish line area.  Look for me and tons of other runners for some post-run fun. We will share stories, enjoy our chocolate together...and of course, take tons of post-race selfies! Hope to see you there!


Anyone else plan on running this race? Have you done one in your area?
I've ran the HC15k 2 years ago and loved it, and it keeps getting better!  But will it live up to the hype? Stay tuned for my full race review next week!

Ultra Training with Nutribeet

I know I haven't posted in a bit. Been busy getting those miles in! As my next ultra gets closer, expect to see some more updates from me soon. While putting in 30-40 miles a week, on top of instructing cycling classes, I've been pretty exhausted. Lots of wear and tear on my body. I've seen a lot of OCR athletes posting about Nutribeet so decided to give it a try and see if it the power of beets could help me !
