Confessions of an Amateur Athlete

Run for fun , stay for the beer !   Last year (2016) I ran the first  Road Runner Sports Craft Classic Half in Phoenix. (You can read my recap from that year HERE ). It was a blast and I was excited to return for 2017. The Craft Classic Half was just as great as this year, if not better!

Now that my stomach issues are on the mend, my tendonitis at bay (for now), and a few big challenges looming closer...I've been doubling down on training!

The Craft Classic-Phoenix half-marathon was my "comeback" race to the running scene. It was full of hops and high-fives. They even found a way to make hills... FUN!
