I've always been a believer of Epsom Salts when it comes to recovering from running aches and pains. The longer my miles, the more I want a good soak. So I was excited to try the epsom salts from Epsoak SPORT. I've been increasing my miles in preparation for the Sedona Marathon, so I've put these salts to the full marathon-training test!

Let's face it, we all know the more miles we run, and more we put our bodies through, the more aches and pains we have to deal with. We do the best we can to alleviate the symptoms, resolve the issues, so we can do it all over again. You might say we runners are masochists--sticklers for pain,

We all have our remedies of alleviating the pain. Some hot yoga, others compression socks. Maybe you pop ibuprofen like pez. Whatever your "go-to" remedy, mine has been epsom salts (magnesium sulfate) for some time. It soothes tired muscles and helps reduce inflammation.

SO WHY EPSOAK SPORT?

Above all else, I have to say I love the personalized customer service I received from Epsoak SPORT! A personal note with my product. Really made me love the brand right away.

Epsoak SPORT is made with premium grade Magnesium Sulfate, a mineral known to minimize muscle cramps, increase recovery rates, and eliminate post-workout slumps.

I know many will say "I can get epsom salts at my store for a small price. Why do I need such a large canister?" Well, Epsoak SPORT offers smaller 5lb bags too at a very reasonable price--only $9-$11. But I enjoy the canisters because one canister will last me for quite some time, and only cost $17-$19.

The Eposak SPORT epsom salts I tested were unscented, but they also offer "soothing" epsom salts with lavender and "energizing" epsom salts with eucalyptus and peppermint.

I've been training for a lot of upcoming challenges, from the Sedona Marathon to the AZ Spartan Super. So lots of miles and lots of extra cross-training.

I've also been running a lot of back-to-back events. So needless to say, I have been encountering all sorts of achey muscles, sore bones, and pain in areas I didn't know could hurt! And I've been soaking in the Epsoak Sport epsom salts 2-3 times a week.

Most recently, I've even been battling some serious tendonitis, and while Epsoak SPORT epsom salts aren't a *cure* for pain, this product has definitley helped relieve a lot of my running ailments. My tendonitis feels much better after each soak. That doesn't mean I'm ready to tackle more miles because of it, but it does put me on the fast track to recovery each time.

I've been using 4 scoops in a bath, for about 15-20 minutes. It's become not only a part of my recovery routine, but also very therapeutic! I'm already almost out of my unscented Epsoak Sport (keep in mind that I've been soaking a LOT these days) and I can't wait to purchase some of the scented epsom salts!

Overall, I loved the Epsoak SPORT epsom salts and highly recommend giving them a try yourself!

You can SAVE 10% on any 5lb bag of Epsoak SPORT epsom salts with the code: "RAVE10".
